Your Guide to an informed use of the Internet

The Internet is an awesome source of data.  Pictures, video, music, text, and up to the minute news reports are always just a click away.  Users of the net, however, need to realize that inherent in the Internet's ubiquitous design, is the reality that there can be just as many false or misleading websites as honest and well researched pages.  Users must understand the potential for finding erroneous data and have tools for evaluating its credibility.  Links here include tools for evaluating websites and databases of known Internet hoaxes.
